For over 40 years, our church has been spreading the message of Jesus Christ in our community, with a focus on sharing Jesus and making Him known to all those we encounter. As ambassadors of God's Kingdom, it is our duty to ensure that everyone understands the love and salvation that Christ offers. With the motto "Christ's Love in Action" we renew our commitment to our mission and reach out to the local community, bringing the message of Christ to life through discipleship.
Investing in the lives of others, as Jesus did, is our individual mandate.
We believe that God has entrusted us with this responsibility and are dedicated to fulfilling it with excellence. Our goal is to produce individuals who emulate Jesus and inspire others to do the same, creating a continuous cycle until Jesus' return.

create individuals who emulate Christ, inspiring a continuous cycle of sharing, teaching, and investing

Our History
A divine calling led Apostle Mary Gaston to start the True Holiness Gospel Church many years ago. Guided by the Holy Spirit, she began this ministry in the living room of her home in Garland, Texas, with just 19 faithful members. Despite its humble beginnings, the church flourished under Apostle Gaston's unwavering faith and dedication, as many people experienced deliverance, miracles, signs and wonders.
As the congregation grew, the church had to move to larger locations, including Sister Betty Woodard's home and a storefront on Lake June Road in Balch Springs. Despite the challenges we faced, Apostle Gaston remained focused and determined to fulfill God's vision for the ministry. Through much prayer and sacrifice, we eventually purchased our current location on Exeter Ave in Dallas, where the Lord warned of many giants in the building. Yet, with Jesus on our side, we took responsibility and brought these giants down for a greater purpose.
Today, the True Holiness Gospel Church serves as a refuge and resting place for many weary and heavy-laden men and women. Under the guidance of Apostle Gaston, the church has been transformed into a beautiful edifice and it has been instrumental in establishing other churches under the United Churches of Believers Diocese.
Apostle Mary Gaston was an anointed and powerful preacher, teacher, and prayer warrior, who inspired and encouraged many people. She passed away on September 18, 2021, however, her legacy lives on through the continued work of the church. We are grateful for her impact and the blessings she brought to our lives, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to continue her work, with God on our side.
